At Cria and Cub, every item is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in pattern placement, sizing, and finishing are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered faults.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn or washed, unless they are faulty.
